1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pka777 ("pka777", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pka777 online gaming platform accessible at pka777.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration & Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pka777 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency or international payment methods. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and other supported payment methods are credited to your pka777 account balance upon confirmed receipt. Deposit processing times vary by payment method as indicated in the Cashier section of the Platform.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in the same name as your registered pka777 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• KYC requirement: All withdrawal requests require completed and approved KYC verification. pka777 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals pending satisfactory identity verification.
• Minimum and maximum limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the Cashier section. These thresholds may be updated by pka777 at any time without prior notice.
• Funds source: By depositing on pka777, you represent and warrant that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and do not represent proceeds of unlawful activity.
• No interest: pka777 does not pay interest on account balances. Account balances are held by pka777 as a liability to the Player and are not held in trust or in a segregated account.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, pka777 may offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, or other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of pka777 and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and game plays conducted on the pka777 Platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as any game-specific rules displayed within each individual game or betting market:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pka777 will not reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances of a manifest error as described below.
• Manifest error: Where a bet is placed or a game outcome is recorded due to a technical error, system failure, or human error that is clearly apparent and material — including incorrect odds, incorrect payout calculations, or corrupt game results — pka777 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid and will be reversed if already credited.
• pka777 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or restrict access to certain games at any time and without prior notice where it has reason to believe that the integrity of the market, game, or Platform is at risk.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pka777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps may be set from your account settings.
• Loss limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per session, day, week, or month.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall pka777's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pka777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pka777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by pka777 is governed by the pka777 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

pka777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where:

• A Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• pka777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct associated with the account.
• A Player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• A Player is found to be under the age of 18.
• Continued operation of the account would expose pka777 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pka777 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as a setoff against losses or damages suffered by pka777. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of all applicable verification and compliance checks.
